We honor all self-exclusion requests without question or delay. The process varies based on whether you need a temporary break or permanent closure.
For temporary exclusion lasting 24 hours to six months, log into your account and navigate to the responsible gambling section. Select "Take a break," choose your preferred timeframe, and confirm your decision. The system locks your account immediately and prevents login attempts until the exclusion period expires.
For permanent self-exclusion, send an email to support@kansino.nl with the subject line "Permanent Self-Exclusion Request." Include your full name, date of birth, and account ID. Our team processes these requests within 24 hours and removes your data from marketing databases. Permanent exclusion cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
We also integrate directly with CRUKS, the Dutch national self-exclusion register. Registering with CRUKS blocks access to all licensed Dutch operators simultaneously, providing comprehensive protection across the entire market. Visit www.cruks.nl to register using your DigiD credentials.
